BUXGROW under maintenance?

I wanted to sign in to buxgrow to work and earn, the site said , it's under admin maintenance... actually it is a good site, with 0.02 cents per ad view... let's see if this turns out to be a scam-site. Whenever I reach moments like this I am happy for those sites with LOW income, but are steady and aren't vanishing after a few weeks. Although, maybe it is just maintenance... I will check back tom and see
