Paid to click sites are sites, where you get paid for viewing advertisements for a certain time. After the timer runs down, you will have to either click an image or enter a number to get credited for the view. Every view earns you money. But you can view every ad just once per day. Some sites have over 100 ads...
( and you thought online work is not as tiring as regular work???) Some sites also have more income opportunity because they offer : paid to register, paid to view (youtube) paid to read (e-mail) or little games where you can earn up to $5.
